As Howard County Library’s Community Education and Partnership Coordinator, Kelli has demonstrated a unique knack for designing and managing innovative programs that bridge cultures and build community. In addition to earning two masters degrees (in library science and educational technology), Kelli is a graduate of Leadership Howard County and Maryland Leadership Institute. She has served on the Leadership U Steering Committee and as a Board member of the Association of Community Services.
