Verena Meiser, an Associate Attorney at Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC is the Secretary of FIRN’s Board of Directors. Her legal expertise includes advising nonprofits on tax matters. Fluent in German and Spanish, Verena also speaks French and possesses some Turkish, Russian and Arabic language skills. In addition to a law degree from the University of Tennessee, she holds masters degrees in mathematics and computer science.
